We make PyloPurge, and we're proud of these numbers. You've been let down before, so we've counted every review, good and bad.
How did we count the reviews?
Method. Every review here is a real buyer's own words. Here is how we counted them.
Every review was read by an AI classifier, and counted only at 75%+ confidence. Repeat reviews from one person count once, matched by name and, in two cases, by hand. A person counts only if they said it in their review.

How many people said PyloPurge worked?
Every figure from here on counts people out of 856, not reviews.
| What they said | People | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Symptoms improved | 611 | 71% |
| It did not work or made no difference | 79 | 9% |
| A side effect or feeling worse | 59 | 7% |
| In none of these three groups | 145 | 17% |
The shares add up to more than 100% because 37 people fall into more than one group.
The 145 in the last row gave no clear result, or none the classifier was 75% sure of. Some wrote about delivery, some had only just started, and some left a short review such as "Good".
How fast did people notice a change?
136 people (16%) noticed a change within 7 days, and 331 (39%) within 30 days, which includes the 7-day group. Many reviews don't say when, so these counts only include people who gave a time.
181 people (21%) said they'd reordered or planned to.

What did reviewers say in their own words?
"I have been using this product to erase H Pylori: I went from 13.13 to 5.13 (bacterial load) which is great considering the fact that I am only using natural products and not chemical ones!"
N.B., August 2025, 5★
"Went through 2 treatments with heavy antibiotics and PPI protocols. The stomach issues and nausea came back a couple of months after the last treatment even after testing negative for H-Pylori."
K.M., August 2024, 5★. Later in the same review: "I no longer have the nausea or digestive issues I was experiencing. Definitely worth it!"

J.L., October 2024, 1★
What don't these reviews show?
They don't show that PyloPurge clears H. pylori, or that it will work for you. Happy buyers may post more than unhappy ones, and people who gave up may never post at all. There was no control group, and some people took other things too.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, consult a GP before taking any supplements. Mastic gum comes from the same plant family as pistachios and cashews, so don't take it if you're allergic to them. If you take a blood thinner such as warfarin, check with your GP first, because curcumin can add to its effect. Stop taking it straight away if you get any side effects.
