Everyone is able to absorb these minerals at the same rate, but depending on your nutritrient levels, you may need a higher or lower dose.

GastroComplete contains essential vitamins and minerals needed by your body to carry out it's daily tasks. For example, you need B vitamins and magnesium for energy and copper, zinc and vitamin D for immune function. When you are on acid blocking drugs long term, these minerals can become low.

GastroComplete can be taken long term to offset mineral deficiencies acquired from low stomach acid.

We are not aware of any interactions with these minerals and commonly prescribed PPI medication, but please speak to your medical professional FIRST before taking our supplements.

The standard dose is using 3 capsules with a meal. Do not consume on an empty stomach.

While difficult to say, we recommend taking the recommended dose for at least 3-6 months.

No our supplements are not organic. Some of the herbs we have used are incredibly rare and are not produced in areas where organic certification is always available because of cost. However, we have 3rd part certificate of analysis that show our products are free from heavy metals and common chemicals such as formaldehyde.
