1 scoop per day, (5g) is sufficient for most people. However, if your stomach is sensitive then we recommend much smaller doses to start like 1/2 teaspoon and slowly build up.

While difficult to say, we recommend taking the recommended dose for at least 2 months (which is one bottle) but people can benefit from taking long term (6 months plus) especially if their gut health is poor.

Yes each batch of products we produce is tested twice. First, once the batch is complete at our GMP certified facility and then at a third party lab, where we test for heavy metals and other toxins such as formaldehyde. We are one of the very few supplement companies to do this step.

No our supplements are not organic. Some of the herbs we have used are incredibly rare and are not produced in areas where organic certification is always available because of cost. However, we have 3rd part certificate of analysis that show our products are free from heavy metals and common chemicals such as formaldehyde.
